Device and data limitations.

Wearables and health platforms can produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or missing data. CalmTrade™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data, signals, alerts, scanners, scores (including CalmScore™), or derived insights.

Do not rely solely on CalmTrade™.

Do not mirror trade or make trading decisions solely based on CalmScore™, scanners, tags, alerts, or any biometric/health-related output. You are responsible for independent verification and risk management (including position sizing and loss limits).

Third-party services.

CalmTrade™ may integrate with third-party services (including wearable providers, operating-system features, and health platforms). CalmTrade™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, availability, or data accuracy.

No warranties; limitation of liability.

CalmTrade™ is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmTrade™ and its affiliates will not be liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CalmTrade™.

Privacy and consent.

Your use of CalmTrade™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Health/Biometric Data Notice, which explain what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your choices and rights. If you do not agree, do not use CalmTrade™.

Broker Sync (if enabled). CalmTrade™ may allow you to connect a brokerage account for read-only data syncing. CalmTrade™ does not execute, route, or place orders, and broker sync does not change that. Trade execution is performed by your brokerage.
